This online membership experience is risk free. You're not locked into the program and can cancel at any time.
Monthly Subscriptions:
As long as you cancel prior to the next month's billing period, your card will not be charged.
Yearly Subscriptions:
If you're a yearly member and decide the program is no longer for you, cancel at least one business day before the next month's billing cycle and we'll refund you any unused months.
Please email [email protected] for all refund requests.
You'll also be asked to fill out a customer satisfaction survey to tell us what didn't work for you. "Always be learning," is the motto around here.
